Bit strange at first but once it became familiar, it really helped my breathing whilst sleeping. I do use it in conjunction with a stainless steel nasal dilator so I can breathe through my nose when asleep. It hasn`t reduced my snoring much but it HAS helped me to breathe much , much better whilst asleep. Great price. Quality seems good, easy to wash. Glad i bought it.

Quality material, but I cannot understand how people can use it as for me it simply pulls the tongue out of my mouth and just feels squeezed in the device, cannot even swallow properly. Could only try it for a minute, no way I could sleep for 8 hours with it.
