GF great with stir fry.
they are Gluten Free and are tasty, easy to drain and cook with. GF noodles are hard to come by.

Good size portion, versatile and easy to cook
Regarding the smell when opened, this is normal smell for kojac products. Rinse well before cooking and the smell disappears

I do not recommend these
These noodles which are gluten free from Japan tasted as if they had soap in them. So I added sauce over them and they still tasted revolting. I do not recommend that Amazon sell them anymore or that anyone with common sense waste their money on buying these miracle noodles.

You know it's not rice, but it's good.
This is definitely an alternative to rice, rather than something that is identical to rice. It's taste and texture is different, but I managed to find some good recipes where it works well.

Don’t taste great
If you want an alternative to rice then this will do the job however the texture isn’t great. Would prefer to eat rice and save on calories elsewhere

some people in the reviews complain about the texture and smell of these noodles all you have to do to prevent that is to wash them with cold water until there’s no more smell and then fry them in a pan for 5 mins on medium heat to get rid of that texture! yes it’s not gonna be like normal noodles but it’s so similar. just be careful because these are just pure fibre so you’ll be on the toilet if u have many servings in a small time!!!
