Decent price and much easier than building your own
I’ve been playing with it for a few days now and it works very well. It has two channels, comes preinstalled with WLED, and has sturdy connectors. Everything is labeled clearly. It’s variable voltage so it can work with 5 V as well as 24, which is nice if you’re using it for separate projects or testing. It also has a barrel connector as well as a wire input for power runs off ESP 32. Would buy again.

Works well with WLED software
This controller works well with the preinstalled WLED open source software designed to work with addressable RGB led strips and matrices. If you have trouble getting your neopixels to work, don’t immediately blame Gledopto. Back up and learn all you can about the ingenious WLED software.

3 previous wled controllers and this is the winner
The flip up connectors make is sooooo easy to install compared to the other junk. I bought 3 previous controllers for my 6812 wled strips. As long as it last this is the best controller, in my opinion, to buy.

Little bit of a set up process but work
The media could not be loaded. Gives me some bad ass leds on the inside of my car trailer. Used ws2815. Happy w the results.

Firmware up-gradable, nice connections and power pass-through.
Flashed my own S-02 & ESP32 devices for WLED. Using this prebuilt variation was very easy and has more features. Love the easy terminal clips and firmware up-gradability. I have two segments connected and have been enjoying the show in my loft.

Simple and Easy
These are great. I’ve been using WLED for years but I used to spend so much time making my own controllers. Flashing ESPs - soldering mics, buck converters, and any other components that I needed - configuring everything - designing and 3D printing cases. This takes all that work out. I love it! I can spend half the amount of money by making my own controllers, but the ease and time I save by using these controllers make it worth the price, in my opinion.I really appreciate the ease of connecting the wires, no soldering needed and very easy to disconnect if needed.It’s fairly compact. I still have to make my own controllers if I’m super limited on space (I enjoy making RGB lamps and some designs just don’t have room for this controller). But this controller works great for most situations. Highly recommend!

Very good when it worked, but stopped working a few days
I had mine sitting in the box for 5 moths, is just last week I installed it and it worked for 2 days, after that the sound activation stopped working and after a day it didn't output anything on both outputs. The software still works, but no output. I really love the controller it is easy to setup and configure. I hope I just got a bad one. I will be trying to order another one again

Microphone is sensitive
Very suitable for audio reactive lights. Nice case. Convenient Wago type connectors. Two ways to connect power: dc jack or Wago type connectors.
