I have been taking 1 in the morning and one at dinner for a week now. It’s to soon from what I read to know if they work, but I haven’t had any of the side effects I read about.

Started taking this to help improve my overall cardiovascular health. I have recently lost some weight with diet and exercise. Decided to add to that with some supplements. Did some research and found this recommended for heart health. Easy to swallow. No after taste or adverse reactions

I have been taking this for several years with good results.

This product gave me bad heartburn so I had to stop taking it. So, I can’t say if they do what they are supposed to do. The side effects were not worth it for me to continue.

Have had heart conditions, with a valve replacement. My cardiologist recommended this product as he sees patients that take it strengthens the heart muscles! Have been taking this for about 6mo. Great product.

Been on it for a couple of months now and have had no side effects. Metformin was the worst medication I have ever taken and it did nothing for my sugar levels.
