Perfect size! Fits easily in my handbag!
This is an excellent case for carrying an EpiPen. It’s a hard case, covered with a smooth material that is easy to wipe off - I really like the color choices, also! It has a double zipper and a coordinating wrist strap. It’s lightweight. What makes this particular hard case exceptional is the size. It is big enough, but not oversized. Inside I was able to fit two EpiPens, the trainer, and I flattened the cardboard box to show the picture instructions that come with the EpiPen - all that and it fits easily inside my handbag. Wow! Perfect! It’s working out great for me. I hope it works out just as well for you!

Great for carrying my Epi-Pens
I carry 2 Epi-Pens in this. They fit nicely with room for other items you may need. The case is sturdy enough that it won’t get squashed in a purse or backpack.

Makes swapping bags easy!
I always have to carry an epi pen and it’s really easy to forget it in a previous purse or thinking I’m just taking a quick trip down the street, I don’t need it. But I absolutely do! I can fit both pens (you need both pens too because sometimes one is not enough BTW and that is scary), an inhaler and even a medicine pouch of Benadryl. My ID slides right in too. It just makes swapping purses easy if I need to do so. This would have been perfect during my diaper bag days!

Small size - fits mainly just EpiPen
Depending on branding of the EpiPen, what you can fit in the case vastly depends. In our case, the EpiPen takes up more than half of the depth, meaning the other side with the netted pouch can only fit something very slim. And since the case is a hard case, there is no flex to help fit other items. If we had an inhaler, it wouldn't be able to fit with our EpiPen.Just be sure to look at the dimensions listed and see if it will work in your case. The inside is about 1.5cm deep (a little over half an inch) on each side. So it would comfortably fit an item that's 1 in total or half inch on each side.
