Looks nice and warms well. We don't have central heat or air. We have zone heating in our house- each room has it's own in wall heater. Our bedroom is large with very high ceilings and the heater for that room needed some help keeping up on the coldest nights. We got this thing and it helps keep our room much more comfortable. It looks very lovely, even though it's not real fire. It isn't very loud at all. Our wall heater is louder. Our cat loves that the heat is pushed from the bottom and he sleeps in front of it often. We like that it works this way as well as it helps the heat disperse better. Our wall heater isn't very low and most the heat seems to rise before it warms the space much, unlike this heater. Seems to be good quality as well.

I had a Duraflame fireplace the motor just broke. I was needing a new electric fireplace. I came across this one,and just loved the look. I was also really wanting a 3 sided glass this time. It was very affordable,so I decided to order. First it's bigger than I thought. It looks so much more real than my Duraflame. Better constructed,and about $100 cheaper. Easy to set up. Just screw the legs on and done. Absolutely love everything about it. You can't go wrong if you're in the market for an electric fireplace. Cozy nights ahead!! No running noise and heat works better than the Duraflame.

Well packaged,,, nothing complicated to assemble,,,, put the legs on and plug it in! Couldn't be simpler.Works well. the flames look very realistic. and the heat output is good,,, and right down near the floor, where I want it. It's not as heavy as the one it replaced,,, but hopefully that won't be a detriment.Super easy to operate as well.

I bought 6 of these in February 2024 and used them for 2 months. It's now end of October 2024 and it's just started to get cold here again so we started them back up and the power toggle switch to turn one of them to the on position, no longer turns it on. If you press it to the on position it doesn't stay. Nothing holds it in place as it once did. It flips back to off like some spring inside or something is busted?Hoping the rest keep working. No idea why it suddenly stopped clicking in place to turn the heater on, but I certainly should have gotten more than 2 months of use out of it. These are our primary source of heat. Sad. A heater for over $100.00 I expected it to work better and longer than this. Wish I could get my money back. Other than that, they are very pretty to look at. *shrug* Pretty but sadly, useless.

Works and warms up great

I love this little heater for its vintage look and the heat it puts out! This little guy can really heat up a room! It definitely brings a coziness to a room. We love it and put it in our library to give that cozy feel when reading a book. I also purchased the fire crackling sound separately but it brings the fireplace to life!

Flames look totally real. 2 different power strength for heater- low & high, the heater on bottom does get hot directly in front of it so pets & children should stay awayBut the floor and rest of the unit all around stay cool.

Loved it while it worked.. Do not buy this product. The toggle switch to turn on no longer works! I bought it in October 2024. Today is April 2025 . Tried calling nobody would return our call if they could send a piece to fix it or send a new one would be nice, but I don’t think that’s gonna happen..
