Simple, decent quality product
Bought this as my Brazillian girlfriend is coming to visit soon and these are essentially required over there.Very easy to install apart from the Teflon tape which is always a pain to use.Product works well and instructions were clear enough.

5*, despite a faulty part which was replaced without any hassle! Great service and product
I received the first package the next day and went on to fit it. The pipe, the kit and everything were well packaged and complete. In fact, the overall kit is massively comprehensive and well thought through with everything you could possibly want. They even provided some of that plumber tape to go around the thread of the joints.The issue I had was a faulty hand spray part that leaked from the back where the switch was. I contacted the vendor and within 48 hours had a new replacement part which works perfectly. Product : great (yeah, well, these things happen). Provider : Superb in their response. I would not hesitate to purchase from here again.

Good buy
I bought 3 of these, and even though I'm not such a DIY person, I managed to fix this in a narrow corner with little space for the pump plier, so I can say it's easy to install and works well with good pressure. Going to get a plumber to do the remaining as these ones are in very narrow angles

Not the greatest
Challenge to fit and after installation we had to turn down the pressure - even now with the pressure turned down it still has a small and very annoying leak - not recommended

Does the job well.
Perfect for installation in UK standard bathrooms. Even if you have a different size of hose you can get any cheap conversion adapter from market and easily install this shower.I must warn you that once you start using water shower there is no going back to tissues or wipes.

The fitting needs changed
The fitting is not 15mm and I had to file the 15mm pipe down to get it to fit correctly. Overall it took half a day to get to fit and stop leaking.
