These have been good ear buds sounds is pretty good and features are nice. They stay in my ear well when I normally have trouble wearing ear buds.

Very poor overpriced product
Well I thought I would try it... JLab air buds sport Gen 3... It's worth nowhere near the $69 cost. I have a pair of 9.99 wired headphones that sound far better.1. Uncomfortable. For some reason JLab cannot make a comfortable set of wireless earbuds... I have another set of go airs that do sound better than these ...and are more comfortable than these but they're still poorly designed and don't fit in hour ear. So they don't want to stay in your ear... Making them impossible to run in. Particularly when ears get sweaty. So I thought I would try these with the over the ear hook and the equalizer in the app... When I say awful, these are awful. They don't fit in the ear.. at all , they make it hurt after only a minute, and the over the ear thing doesn't work well either... It keeps you from being able to get the ear thing in the ear worth the darn. It's just probably the worst design I've ever actually tried.2. Sound quality... Lots of trouble and mid-range for sure..... Zero bass.., Even using their equalizer in the app. zero bass . I have wired earphones I paid $9.99 for that are 10 times better sounding than this overall. Did I mention it has zero bass?3. Although it has an equalizer in the app..... What you actually do is adjust one of the three custom presets.... And the next time you use them you're going to have to adjust it again... Because it will default back to the default setting. You actually don't have a custom setting. There's about 10 bands from 3000 to 16000 hz.... But only 20 and 300 under 3000 Hertz. In short even the equalizer has no bass settings.... And dialing it all the way in makes almost no difference because the earphones don't have any bass.4. Avoid avoid avoid this is a really terrible product.

Great set of earbuds and awesome customer service.
I bought these for my wife for Christmas. She loves how they fit and uses them almost daily. We did have an issue with them and reached out to JLabs customer service, but they quickly resolved the issue. Overall awesome earbuds and great customer service

Not perfect but good sound and multipoint
UPDATE:If these are connected to my laptop AND my phone, while listening to something on my PC and i answer a phone call, they drop the connection to the PC requiring that I manually reconnect o the PC. A bit of an annoyance, but not too critical. What works is the multipoint feature. Follow the directions, and going forward, so far, it is seamless.Others complained of no volume. I almost sent them back because of this. But there was the same low volume with my old earbuds while the laptop connection was excellent. So finally, after accessing my android settings under ‘developers options’ and disabling the “nanny wear” called sound limitation, I had really deafening sound on my mobile. No longer this complaint. What is horrible about these earbuds is the ear-hook and direction of the bud itself. The direction of buds proper is not human -- maybe for some outer space or zoo creature. The hooks are hard plastic. I ended up snapping the ear loop accidentally on the right ear in an attempt to get them over my ear with the ear bud in the ear canal and not on my temple ( I am a human). The hard plastic (rather than most ear hooks made of pliable rubberized wire covered loops) still hurt my ears. But the crack allows me to twist them on at least. Thus the rating.Sound -- excellent.Multipoint connection -- seamless.Case and charging – funky but okay.Comfort and design -- inferior.

Not as advertised
- There is a delay when connected to iPhone or PC (only devices I've tried). When watching video's, its similar to watching videos when your phone is connected to car Bluetooth. Video is ahead of the audio.- Headphones cannot play 2 devices at the same time like advertised. You will have to manually stop a video/music etc. from one device and hit play on the second device.- Sound quality is ok.- Comfortable.- Easy to connect.

Half broke very quickly
The earbuds worked really well for the first while, and I used them fairly often. However, about four months in, one earbud totally stopped working. I looked up dozens of ways to fix it but it refuses to take charge and is entirely non-functional now. This apparently has happened to several other people too, since I found information on it from people with the same issue. Perhaps its a fault with these few specific ones, but it is a possible outcome when you purchase.
