We recently got a ring doorbell and I saw myself walking away from my house. My first thought was "Dang! No wonder my back always hurts!" I had no idea how hunched over I was. I ordered this right away. It arrived today and after putting it on, I can tell that it's definitely going to help. It does seem to run a bit large though because I'm right at the tail end of the size chart for the L/XL and the straps fit overlapped quite a bit. It's not particularly uncomfortable. The straps are soft and wide so they don't cut in. The back is a little bulkier than I expected but it's still not super obvious under a shirt. It seems to be well made. The stitching looks sturdy.

I do not leave a review unless the product is worth it or if the product is totally useless. I would recommend this product. Yes...it is a touch uncomfortable under the arms at time BUT the discomfort is unnoticeable compared to the back pain I was having. I have had it on all day and I have not felt one ounce of back pain. Normally, I hurt as soon as I get out of the bed. I am a FT student who has worked behind a desk forever and my posture has suffered and now my back. Hoping this works on correcting both.

I have a problem with my C5 and C6. I was simply walking across the room and all of a sudden had debilitating pain between my spine and my shoulder blade. I couldn't move without horrible pain. I went to my chiropractor and was adjusted, also got a deep tisssue massage. Still so much pain! I couldn't even take toilet paper off the roll without crying in pain. I had a vacation I planned for months to see my granddaughter. Lots of activites planned. There was no way I could have gone without the posture corrector. I was careful not to handle luggage and I didn't zipline or other risky activities, but I WAS THERE! The trip was so very important. I lost my daughter sadly 4 years ago, my granddaughter was her only child. It's so very important that I'm there for my granddaughter. FILLOVE saved my trip and let me be there for my granddaughter. Nothing can compare in the value of that! I actually bought a second one. I don't ever want to be without it. I'm slowly improving, I don't have to wear it every minute now. I actually went all day yesterday without it, but have it back on today. I really believe the corrective ability of the posture corrector is healing me. I couldn't give this a higher recommendation and I'm so very thankful to have TWO!Two pics are attached, one obviously with the posture corrector outside my clothing. Literally rides up under my daughter’s armpit so she can’t even wear it. Disappointed to say the least.

I sincerely wanted this to work! The quality seems really good. For the most part, the design is nice. It did help me sit up straighter with my shoulders back. It is easily adjustable. Everything is comfortable except where it goes under your arms to wrap around you.Mine is more than just correcting my posture kind of thing, I was in a serious car accident and also need something to assist in relieving back pain, I think this would have helped if I had not been in so much discomfort from the straps. It seems as though they could do something different since reading reviews of not only this one but many many others, I did notice that was a major complaint. Well, it's my complaint for sure. I could not even wear it for 10 minutes. Now I see why some brands have added a chest strap. That way it will keep it from digging into your arms. So I'll go find one that offers that strap. When I was trying to find a way to keep it from rubbing me raw, I pulled the material away from my arms and that's when I realized what the chest strap was for. Otherwise, had I known this I would have gone ahead and ordered one of those. Good luck with your search, and maybe if you wear this over clothing, that might help a little, or maybe not have to adjust it as tight as I needed to but mine is worn under my blouses and did not work for me.

If you’re like me and doing a ton of searching for the perfect brace to help with posture, you have to remember that when you get one and put it on you’re not going to like it. That’s because you NEED it. If it feels perfect then it’s probably because you don’t need it. That was my first response when I put it on. I didn’t like way it felt. It was uncomfortable and I had to do some adjusting, etc. But then I read the manufacturer’s guide for use and the light clicked for me, and I started using it once a day for 15 minutes, then twice/day, then for longer durations twice/day. My posture had declined over the years and my back and shoulders were weak. So along with this brace and doing neck/shoulder/back strengthening exercises, I have definitely noticed a change in the way my back looks. From the side, I no longer look “hunched over” and I’m standing taller without as much effort. I’m a work in progress, but I’m definitely better for having used this brace. And I would suggest using it for maintenance periodically just to keep yourself body-aware.
