Q: I have a puncture from mowing brambles, will this fix it and allow me then to go over more brambles (I have a lot!!)?

Got the exact same problem.. seems to have worked for me on my Lawn tractor. It apparently only lasts for about 2 years in the tyre, so I now tend to check the area and move brambles before mowing to prevent too many punctures - a bit of a 'b' on 1 acre of grass.

Q: Will this fix a hot tub a few pin holes

I guess not as it relies on full continues contact with the pin holes
