Attractive cold brewer
I'm giving "Nispira" 5 stars for their Customer Service alone. We did have a defective valve that leaked. Amazon would not replace the part without us returning the entire unit in original packaging, reordering a new unit, then credit my account, etc..... I immediately wrote to Nispira and they sent out a valve for free! That type Customer Service so important to me these days. I really do appreciate it, the replacement arrived fast and no leaks! Amazon probably has some policy that would not allow this transaction to be convenient, so I give them 3 stars this time.I got this cold brewer for my husband for Christmas. He really likes the looks of this model! We think its very attractive. He's giving it 4 stars because of the very thin glass and the assembly was a tad tricky to keep the base flat and not wobble. He ended up bending the base and he is definitely mechanically inclined. Not a big deal to him. He read the reviews before choosing Nispira so, he's been extremely careful handling the pieces when cleaning. But I'm the one cleaning it and yes, just be mindful....... Hope this helps!

Misleading Garbage
1. The 1L capacity means nothing because the grounds chamber only holds 50g. Even at 10:1 ratio you'll only use at most 1/2 of the product capacity.2. No documentation, assembly instructions, or even brewing recommendations. It's just lazy.3. The claim "6-8 cups" is just misleading garbage. It's 1L. If you're going to claim it can make an amount, explain how to get that much drinkable product. I'd love to know how you're literally breaking physics to produce that much, including whoever answered that a concentrate can be made after knowing point 1.4. Over half of the dripper dial is useless. It's mostly just closed, continual pour, drip every 2 seconds, or practically a breath away to drip every 3 seconds until the water surface tension actually becomes greater so it stops dripping. These settings all occur in about the same point but with the tiniest nudges.5. The reservoir is held up by two unstable rods screwed to the base rings. They could've put in the absolute least effort and made it a tripod but apparently that's not the price point.Don't waste your money.

Excellent coffee, and even better customer service
With this drip system you'll be able to make an exceptional cup of coffee. Even more exceptional is the customer service. The glass is fragile, and I ended up breaking my water reservoir. However, I reached out to customer service who was able to replace it quick and efficiently.10/10 would recommend

Produces weak coffee
Unfortunately I’ve tried many different ways of brewing through this but the coffee always comes out watery and weak

Easy to use
First off this comes with absolutely no documentation. This was not an issue for me, but it could be for some. Packaging was awesome as this came from Hong Kong. The box is about the size of a large shoe box and required a signature for delivery.Stand assembly is simple, unscrew the screws off the ends of the bars, remove the washers. The nuts attach below the base and the finished looking nuts attach on the top. This unit comes with filters to get you started. Assemble the glassware as shown on the box. Wet a filter and place in the bottom of the strainer, add medium ground coffee up to where the strainer flares out, wet another filter and place on top (not sure this is necessary, but I think it spreads the water over the grounds better) cover strainer with glass top with hole. Fill drip bottle with ice and fill remaining space with water (I used filtered). DO NOT put lid on drip bottle, unit will vacuum lock and stop dripping. Set drip to one drop per second. Check about an hour after you start to make sure the cold didn't affect your drip rate. Wait until liquid is gone from top and into bottom. Remove strainer. Enjoy coffee or put lid on carafe and store in refrigerator for up to two weeks.

Excellent customer service from seller, delicious coffee
Update: When I reached out to the seller, Coffee and Toy, instead of the manufacturer they replied within minutes and offered to send a replacement right away. EXCELLENT customer service and I will buy from them again without hesitation! As stated below, 5 star product when working properly.I really want to love this product, but the valve that controls the drip speed is defective. The internal portion is not lined up with the housing, making it very difficult to control. Without constant supervision it will either stop completely or overflow. I have tried to contact Nispira through their website three separate times and have not received any response from them. When we are able to get it to work, the coffee is excellent! The glass is quite fragile as expected, which makes cleaning more stressful than difficult. If I could get a replacement valve this could be a 5 start product!

Excellent product
Makes really great coffee and is pretty easy to use. Some tips:- Use a coarse setting when grinding- You want just enough to fill the center drip - I go with about 45g- Use a filter on the bottom and the top- Use a slow drip 1 drip per 2 seconds (or longer)- adding ice does not matter at all to be honestThere is a bit of a learning curve and it takes more like 6 to 9 hours and coffee lasts about 3 days refrigerated. From time to time, the middle floods, usually because the drip is too fast.Otherwise, great product, this is the best way to make coffee.I slightly wish the valve was a little easier to tune, it’s just very difficult to make smaller adjustments.
