Update: When I reached out to the seller, Coffee and Toy, instead of the manufacturer they replied within minutes and offered to send a replacement right away. EXCELLENT customer service and I will buy from them again without hesitation! As stated below, 5 star product when working properly.I really want to love this product, but the valve that controls the drip speed is defective. The internal portion is not lined up with the housing, making it very difficult to control. Without constant supervision it will either stop completely or overflow. I have tried to contact Nispira through their website three separate times and have not received any response from them.When we are able to get it to work, the coffee is excellent! The glass is quite fragile as expected, which makes cleaning more stressful than difficult. If I could get a replacement valve this could be a 5 start product!

First off, I do like the way it looks. However, the glass piece cold water storage couldn’t fit into the ring. I ended up filing the ring with a dremel tool for 30mins. Obviously you can’t just shove class in the ring as it’s thin and you can get hurt. Secondly, the screws aren’t flush and don’t hold the ring right in place. I was expecting more.

I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my husband who is very particular about his coffee. He loved it!

I was so excited to use my cold brew coffee maker only to put it together and discover the gasket that holds the spicket in the ice/water compartment was missing. I now have to pack this back up and HOPE the replacement will have a gasket in it.

The top glass bowl broke while pouring ice into it. Very thin bowl.
