Canway Sports Gym Bag, Travel Duffel bag with Wet Pocket & Shoes Compartment for men women, 45L/40L, Lightweight

I had been using Adidas gym bags up until now. The big bulky ones, with the 1 main big compartment and 2 side compartments. My latest one had a mesh meant to keep air flow for damp things (ie shoes, or towels or your gear in general post workout). I thought that was all I needed, until I got this bag!When it came time to replace my old Adidas bag due to its age, I realized I no longer needed such a big bag for my running gear and I didn't want it to look like I was on the high school football team (the original purpose I had for one of those bags). What I needed was something smaller, easy to tote around while I had my work bag along with it, and with practical pockets for things like my running watch, headphones, sunglasses, hygiene products, etc, and something that look a bit nicer walking into the office with. I didn't want my bag to just be a jumble of things I couldn't find, nor to have it be so full of empty space yet took up so much space.This is when I found this Canway bag among a few others on Amazon. To be fair, I did not try the other bags. I chose this one based on looks, color, and what I could tell of how the pockets were organized (so many other ones just seemed to have no reasoning for some pockets, I didn't think they would work for a lot of things I needed to store).Before purchasing, my only hesitation is that I was still worried this was going to be too big. It's not. I could probably manage with a smaller bag, but I do feel this is the perfect size for my needs. As I'm typically an every day runner, I just needed room for the aforementioned accessories, which this bag has pockets to help keep these all organized (my sunglass case fits in 1, watch, headphones, portable battery and lock in another, and hygiene products in their own pocket, plus a spot to snap your keys to. There are more pockets, but I don't think that's a bad thing. I'm in and out of the locker room thanks to being able to keep things organized.I also like that the side pockets don't add extra bulk like my old Adidas bag. They actually feed into the main compartment, so I can still shield my clothes from whatever might be on the bottom of my shoes from the last run. So keep in mind, that the more you put in the side pockets, the less space will be left in the main compartment. I still think fully loaded with towel, a set (maybe 2) of workout clothes, shoes and accessories, I could still fit a basketball in the main compartment. If you're on the football team, this bag might work for you, but certainly not if you're carrying your shoulder pads around. Get the big old Adidas bag for that (or maybe by now, there are more specialized bags, I might be showing my age :-\ )One more thing to note, which I found both an added extra surprise, and maybe the only room for improvement to this bag, is the built in inner wet bag. I didn't see that in the posting before buying it, but it's got me excited. I used to throw my sweaty gear in a plastic grocery bag when I was done, and usually got mocked for it. I just don't want the inside of my bag to get gross. The inner wet bag solves the problem without being cheap about it. I've actually been using the plastic bag the Canway bag came in as it's nice, zip locked, and once it gets old and gross I can consider using the inner wet bag. The problem I see with this inner wet bag is that there is not way to replace it down the road. I'm also not sure on cleaning instructions. I just don't want to have to get rid of the whole bag one day because that part of it got too gross (mildew from being in an air tight space?).Overall, I really love this bag and highly recommend it!

Great gym bag. Has plenty of room for my work clothes, towel and shower supplies in the wet pocket. Shoe pocket is great as well. Overall very pleased. Lightweight and functional, I dig the color as well. Got it on sale, recommended.

I use this almost everyday and it has been my favorite gym bag I have ever used. I train anywhere from triathlons and weight lifting. The wet compartment is perfect for my wet bathing suit trunks and stinky gym clothing; can often fit both at the same time. I am also able to fit my work clothes and shoes at the same time. The bag is lightweight and design is amazing with great comfort. What I normally carry at all times is a pair of workout clothes, pair of work clothes and shoes. It has definitely held up well with no complaints. It fits my size 11 Timberland boots just fine with a little adjusting

This bag is a good choice as a gym bag, which is what I use it for. The waterproof pocket is made out of plastic and is great for wet cloths or a towel. The reset of the bag is water resistant. The bag itself is durable and I feel it will last four quite a long time. The compartment for my gym shoes is also very useful and was one of the reasons I bought this bag. It can fit most shoes but would not fit my boots. For traveling the bag is good but the over-the-shoulder strap is not comfortable and would not be recommended for extended use. The strap even after extending it is fairly short. Overall it is a good product, would recommend as a gym bag but not necessarily for travel.

This bag is everything I could have wanted. It’s well made has a huge amount of space and the pockets and compartments are well designed and easy to access

This product collapses easily for stuffing in gym lockers. I like the separate compartment for shampoos, and it has lots of pockets. Seems to be well made -- previous bag by another brand had zippers that failed quickly

I wanted to wait three months of use before I wrote this review, so here it is. Before I write this review, I must say, that I purchased two other bags from other brands before purchasing this one and they weren't great, so I had to send them back for a refund. Then I had to sit at my computer to narrow down the best gym bag on Amazon, and this was my choice. My first choice of color was the orange bag, but I went with the Grey/Black Bag with orange accents. I wear a size 14 sneaker, and both sneakers fit inside the sneaker compartment well. I also love the wet compartment. It's not large, but it's OK for wet T-shirts, underwear and shorts, if you roll them up. The inside of the bag has two zippered compartments where I mostly place my wallet or ear phones. It also has a key ring which works fine for your keys. The inside of the bag fits my towel, t-shirt, shorts, and still has room for more. There are also two stretch pocket compartments inside the bag as well which I use to place wash clothes. Outside the bag there are two compartments with orange accents and zippers which I store my soap dispenser, deodorant, or cologne. There is also a compartment opposite of the shoe compartment with a zipper where I place my jump rope and other items. Overall. the bag is great, I give it 5 stars across the board. I've used it for three months with regular care and it's still in good shape. The bag was so good I bought a size larger for a weekend getaway bag which I got in the color Black.

This bag was great for travel. It offered all the durability that I was looking for it had several pockets, zippers, extra compartments and even has a nice place to put your shoes and your dirty gym clothes, etc. it matched my bag perfectly so that was a great ! Price was great and easy to use!
