Bloodwork doesn’t lie. This stuff does what it’s supposed to. Bottle lasts forever still on my first bottle dosing the max just about daily. Seems to never end.

I looked in the mirror and suddenly I look exactly like I did when I was 25! Then I woke up and decided to write reviews on my recent purchases.I got these drops to put useful minerals back into reverse osmosis water. They really don’t add any flavor that I can detect, its more of a sensation and lack of flavor actually. RO water tastes and smells weird, which is odd since it is stripped down to nothing. I also added another carbon filter at the end of my RO process, we still had 20ppm that I suspect was chlorine and that really helped. Add a squirt of these drops and you now have properly mineralized water.

Product is great. The only reason I have it 4/5 is because they switched from glass to plastic bottles. PLEASE wellness companies GET AWAY FROM PLASTIC!! It is SO bad for us.My doctor told me to take something that contains trace amounts of naturally occurring lithium for mood support postpartum, I believe it helped. Additionally, I notice a major difference in my hydration levels post-exercise when I have this in my water every morning with lime, honey & sea salt. I call it “natures gateroade”.

My old product went out of stock at Sakara (the beauty drops) and I ordered this one! V similar. My only qualm is that I wish it wasn’t in a plastic container.

We use this in the steam distilled water we make to get the essential minerals we need.

I was using this stuff which worked great in the beginning. I was starting out with 5 drops in the morning and 5 at night. It actually helped me to hold onto water so I didnt have to wake up at night to use the bathroom BUT as I continued using this stuff I started getting really wired feeling and could not sleep, it also filled me with LOTS of anxiety. I didnt realize minerals could cause all of this. I would start lower than the starting dose or just pass on this product. I felt horrible from it for over a week even when I stopped taking it.
