I should have read the label closely… this contains human breast milk. I don’t know who is producing this, or if they have been tested for medical issues, or what they are consuming. I am very freaked out that I put this in yogurt and took a bite. I noticed it was sweet and wanted to know what strains of probiotics were contained in it, and they were obviously not listed as they normally are, and they did list human milk. WTAF!!??? No!!! This needs to be explicitly clear up front before you buy a product like this!!! I am so mad something like this could happen without my knowledge or consent!!! I will NOT be purchasing any of their products ever again.

I've been taking this every morning for about a month. I've tried it in water, juice and mostly coffee. It mixes very well, has no detectable flavor and does not thicken your liquid if you leave it to sit. It states a month supply but I still have several scoops left. So my issue has been constipation for a very long time. Going poo is not something most people wish to discuss but I guess I will since I'm giving my honest opinion. Before using this product, I could go several days with no bowel movements and when I did, not much and would take several tries throughout the day. I rarely passed gas so really just a very sluggish gut. Recently, since taking this, I usually go every morning and it's a softer and full poo. This is not like miralax that makes a pile of yuck but it does make it easier for sure. I'm not in to the 'leaky gut' stuff or care about anything other than being able to poo on a routine basis without cramping or straining and this stuff seems to have regulated me so I'm giving it a 5 star.

My wife and I take this product for its purported benefits, which are basically: (i) improving digestion (and nutrients absorption), (ii) maintaining a good hearth health, and (iii) strengthening the immune system. This is achieved by the increase and diversification of the gut flora, which assumption has been confirmed by many recent reputable studies. In fact, the product appears to have the characteristics of a symbiotic, which gathers the properties of a prebiotic and a probiotic. The product even claims to be postbiotic.While there is no objective way for us to ascertain what the manufacturer claims, we have not experienced any adverse effects and believe that we are indeed benefiting from the product. We do not have leaky guts (as far as we know) but take this product as a prophylactic and preventative measure. Finally, even though we like the product, it would be fitting and good, we think, to suggest that the manufacturer has this product tested by a third-party laboratory for content and/efficacy, which could prove to be a wise way to build credibility. All in way, we are happy with this product and highly recommend it.

Seems to have an abundance of good probiotics and no odd side effects that I can tell, I've only been taking it a couple times a week though. Would be nice to know where they sourced the milk oligosaccharides from more specifically.

This supplement consists of 4.1 grams of fiber out of 5 grams serving weight. Half a gram is simple sugars found in human milk, and the two probiotic strains are included in a list of five Other Ingredients that make up the final .4 grams per serving. So this product is mostly fiber by weight.It takes the form of a very fine powder that dissolves well in water. I tested 1/2 serving in 8 oz water, half the recommended water for a full serving. The water was cloudy with no grains remaining on the bottom of the glass jar. The supplement tastes slightly sweet, but not overly so. I was able to detect no other flavor than slight sweetness, and it has no smell.If someone is looking for a fiber supplement with a few beneficial additions, this should work well for them. Allergy alert: The main fiber in this supplement is CORN.

This stuff did not agree with my stomach. I tried it several times just to make sure I wasn't mistaken...and I had the same reaction each time. Within 20 minutes of consuming, I would get severe heartburn followed by a lot of gas and stomach pain.

My heartburn went away the first time I took this and I don’t have any nausea anymore either. I’ve had to take a lot of antibiotics the past few months due to toothaches and it’s really did a number on my gut bacteria. I knew I needed this product to do it’s thing, desperately. It got to the point that I would get car sick and nauseous every time I went in the car. It was so bad. I have been feeling a ton better lately and it’s noticeable in how I feel if I forget to take it! Hopefully with more use, my gut health will begin to truly heal once again and I won’t notice so easily that it’s not healthy if I forget to take this. It’s been working for me very well. I’m thankful to have found it.
