This Himalayan salt taste great. I used to take sea salt but I believe that Himalayan salt is a step up because sea salt comes from the Ocean and microplastics could possibly be in sea salt and micro plastics are very fine particles that you cannot see. Also, Himalayan salt has a pretty pink and crystal look, very beautiful on a table or counter, in their glass grinders. I highly recommend this salt from the Spice Lab and the crystal work great in a grinder.

So, I bought this salt in a big size for a couple of reasons. First, it's perfect for my kitchen – I use it in my grinder all the time, and it looks pretty sitting on the counter too! Second, I'm getting into making my own spa stuff – some fun bath salts and little gifts for friends.It's such a great deal, especially since I signed up for the subscription – saving even more money! I'm absolutely loving this salt; it's fantastic.

This was more salt than I expected. I got it for the salt diet, but I ended up grinding the pieces so it would dissolve better in water. I would recommend the finer salt which can also be used on regular food in shakers.

Very nice product. Tastes great and works great in my OXO salt grinder. Only issue it the packaging. As others have mentioned, the zip lock on the top of the bag doesn't open correctly and tears off of one side making it useless. Had to find another air tight container to put it in. But not a big deal. This is my second bag and I will continue to order this. Looks really pretty in the grinder.
