I had gifted it to someone on 31st December 2024. It's stopped working now after almost a month in use. Please provide replacement for the same.

This rice cooker ceased to function within a month of being opened. At first, we thought perhaps the light signaling cooking/warming had gone out and tried to see if it would still function. Alas, no. It is completely dead. Worst yet is that Black & Decker's website lists no repair/spare parts agent in the UAE, and the warranty listed in the booklet that came with the package applies to EU and EFTA states (not the UAE). The Amazon return date limit passed within 15 days of the package delivery. So now I'm out the money and have a large, broken appliance in my kitchen. I tried to contact Black & Decker directly via their website, and when I submitted a message, an email came into my spam folder saying that the delivery had failed because the email address could not be found. I will never buy another Black & Decker product.

It is quite basic but that was the requirement. Just wish it came with the steaming tray like the description says.
