My husband needs to gain a little weight due to him being out in the heat working so I bought these and he's up 10 pounds. Eats a great meal and dessert!!

I’ve been taking for 4 days. The directions say to take one pill before a meal but not to exceed three pills a day. I started with one pill a day and on the fourth day I increased to two pills. I love it so far and do notice a difference in the amount I am able to eat, especially with taking two pills. I can eat a lot and don’t feel full.

I have been using this product for about 3 weeks and I have noticed the diffence.in my appetite I take it about an hour before I'm going to eat and I notice I am able to finish my entire meal and still want more like a snack or something sweet. There is no immediate hunger feeling or immediate weight gain. I also like to take it before bed.

I bought it three months ago and I can say that it has helped me a lot, I recommend it
