I use liquid chalk to keep my hands grippy for normal lifts. I get in the gym and put about a pea sized dot and rub it in and it lasts for a few excersizes like 20 min and not just a couple sets like solid chalk. Keeps the hands dry and consistent without reapplying every couple sets. Also, when using this you don't end up covered in chalk, low powder unless you use too much.

Great product for our cheer athletes. As they stunt and perform routines the chalk is needed and does the job well!

Disappointed with advertising. Bought the 4 bottles for a small gift for 4 athletes. The 4 pack picture shows it comes with 4 hooks, one for each bottle. It actually only came with 1 hook. I'm sure the product is fine, but honestly, false advertising

This is my go-to chalk for the gym. So small that it doesn’t bother me hanging from my bag and it fits great in a small cosmetics case. Despite its small container size this product lasts! I use this almost daily on my lifts and only need to replace it every two months or so. The coverage is great and lasts through multiple sets - I use mostly on deadlifts and barbell rows and it makes a big difference in the quality of my grip without making a mess. This also comes right off with water - so easy and effective.
