Noticed my daughter became obsessed with buckles and clips and was so happy to find this toy. She loves it! There’s different types of clips/buckles, helps with learning colors and there’s a fun zipper on the back where you can pull some fabric out and practice putting it back it. Super fun for her!

Worth every penny, when my toddler was younger it was fun to buckle together. The different types of buckles make it interesting and it has provided a lot of fun as my toddler has gotten older and has learned to buckle and unbuckle all different types. This item is well-sewn, colorful, and cute. I bought this item for my brother-in-law who had been diagnosed with dementia several years ago. At this time in the progression of his dementia, he can buckle up the straps and zips open and close the zipper in the back. We need to, however, unbuckle the straps. Cognitively, I think he isn't aware that he can unbuckle them; but, maybe he thinks: Why should he? Perhaps, when he sees the straps unattached and dangling, he then needs to buckle them up so that it is neat and put together. The item is soft and squishy as he cuddles with the penguin and likes to squeeze it with his hands. He also spends time looking into the very cute face of the penguin.

I got this buckle penguin for my 2-year-old granddaughter, and it's been a hit! The quality is fantastic, and she loves playing with it, practicing buckling. She even calls it "Mr. Buckles"! She takes him to ballgames and on car rides. It's been such a fun and useful toy for her, and I would definitely purchase it again!
