Watch out!
Took this for general gut health but found that it was a very powerful laxative. Took it late evening and needed the loo all night and well into the following day. Great for anyone with severe constipation though.

I wanted to do a detox and parasite cleanse unfortunately these are infective I took a total of 5 that day and they didn't open my bowels at all ! and yet the strength is quite high 🤷♀️
