Biggest bowl I could find for my baby turtle to grown she loves to swim it’s perfect not cheap and very durable and spacious

I needed to create a terrarium for a gardenia plant, and looked all over for something that was large enough. When I received the bowl, it was the perfect size, and I was extremely happy with the quality. This is one time where an item I purchased was better than what I thought it would be. It’s sold as a vase, and I can see where it would be a show stopper if used that way, but it’s just as beautiful turned upside down.

This is the 19” diameter bowl that holds @ 15 gallons of water. I put it into use as a planted aquarium. It is especially sturdy, clear, with a solid thick base. To give you an idea of the actual size, that is a full-grown, male Scottish Terrier inspecting it in the photo.It came within the time frame given and was well packaged enough to survive the trip to our house. This is perfect for the kind of experimental tank I wanted to build. Very happy with it.It sits on a 150lb-capacity lazy Susan, under an architectural lamp running a daylight, 6500K CFL bulb, and a simple sponge filter. (All equipment purchased right here on Amazon;)

I got the 19” one for a planted aquarium and it is very nice. It’s probably around 12-15 gallons which is perfect for bettas, or in my case my school of rasboras. The only major thing is that the glass is a little thinner than I’d like which sometimes makes me nervous since any remotely sharp object with enough force is likely to shatter it. Also, if you’re getting it for an aquarium, it’s best if it’s planted with plenty of enrichment, since people often say that round glass can cause eyesight problems in fish. Other than that, it’s really aesthetically pleasing and a good price especially for an aquarium.If anyone’s wondering about the light, I also got it off of Amazon for about $20.

Lovely, and huge, glass bowl. My only complaint is that the sticker on the bottom is hard to remove, which isn’t good on a see-through item.

Nice thick glass! There's one small air bubble, but I'm fine with that. Top edges are very nicely finished; no sharp spots. Well-balanced; sits securely on a level surface. Bonus: will be able to rotate it so contents get even light. It'll probably break if it's dropped. But it's glass, and glass does that. Very happy with it!

I love this big bowl. My aquatic plants and fish look great! I will get another.

The media could not be loaded. Man I’m in love with this tank. Perfect fit for the space and looks amazing. Added a light, a filter and need to add the heater but overall WOW. Perfect for a betta and a couple of other fish. I added shrimp and they’re all hiding under the log.
