14 months of ownership, 6 purchased (for others), still my default cooking device.
Coming back to this review after a year and I still stand-by my thoughts. Cosori have made the best air fryers, affordable and well designed. Even if it shows signs of wear from heavy use, it's a better device than InstntPot, Phillips and Tefal by a country mile. If the basket wears, just buy another basket. The device is still far better designed that anything else (I've used) on the market.Have owned this device for more than twelve months and it one of the most useful items in my kitchen. It's form factor means it fits anywhere I need to use it, but even better, I can sneak it on holiday too (mainland obviously).Anyone (even novices) can use to improve their culinary output.Simple to setup and use; works better than you imagined and will improve every meal in ways you won't believe. The other major benefit is that cleaning it is really simple, certainly something you do need to be aware of.This particular model is my 'default present' for wedding gifts, birthdays and house-warmings.I purchased one for my parents; mainly because my Mum can't bend down to use the main oven, but it cooks everything (they enjoy) and cleaning-up is low effort. It's also much cheaper to run than an oven. *I have now purchased six in total. Only one problem, simply rectified.Top tip: get the large one. If you have a family, you will find the air fryer is always in use and you need more space for other items. You can cook a whole chicken in an air fryer, the larger model allows you to cook a larger chicken (which is always very popular). The only tools you will need are a good pair of nylon cooking tongues, an oil spray bottle and Teflon base sheet. If you can, try to get the small riser too, this will allow you to cook two (or more) items at the same time.Children will enjoy learning to cook too. Just follow the simple rules and you will have years of delicious results.

Fast, clean, efficient moist food!
I bought two of these on special and now they are my go to mode of cooking. They heat quickly, and with the crisper plate, they cook so efficiently and evenly; and best of all⦠fast!Cleaning is a piece of doddle in my dishwasher as the whole basket is non-stick. I also bought a job lot of 100 paper liners for Ā£4.99 on Amazon that have been invaluable in keeping the machine clean so I donāt have to wash the basket every time.So far I have made the best (fast) roast potatoes, moist turkey crown roast, breakfast āall inā sausages, mushrooms and bacon; and little 69p Tesco fresh mini pizzas (with a few embellished added toppings) make fabulous cheap fast snacks in minutes.Adapting recipes, temperatures and timings is a learning curve, but I now make notes for future use⦠I have a temperature probe that I have been using as I canāt quite believe how quick this airfryer cooks foods. Unfortunately, because the drawer fits in so precisely, there is no way to cook using my wired meat probe inserted during cooking unless I splashed out on a new wireless Bluetooth one, but with time my confidence will grow and I wonāt need to use the temp probe as much to check if meat/poultry is cooked through.Iāve had a tefal family actifry (with stirrer) for years and love it too; but this airfryer knocks spots of it as itās so much quieter and less fiddly to keep clean. The window is a game changer and makes all the difference as it removes a lot of the guesswork as you can see how your food is cooking and browning without having to open the drawer.10/10 from me. I paid Ā£79.99 on special, and then paid Ā£14.50 for a pathetic metal rack to allow layer cooking, but that was too fiddly trying to work out timings and temperatures for 2 different layered foods, so I just returned it and invested that Ā£14.50 towards a second identical airfryer so I could cook roast potatoes and accompanying meats more efficiently.I now roast potatoes, carrots and parsnips all at the same time and they taste so wonderful. Even my hubby is loving all the food I am preparing.Highly recommended if you can get these machines on offer

Great Air Fryer!
Great Air Fryer and super easy to use with multiple cooking options. The size is perfect for a family of 4. Easy to clean too! We have had it for over 2 years and the other day the handle broke (which I figured seems to be a common issue) - contacted Cosori and the support was brilliant! We received a replacement basket within 3 days! Overall a fantastic and affordable Air Fryer that I would highly recommend!
