Good, handy source for general maintenance and repairs.
These are great for general maintenance and repair. I was a little disappointed when the daytime running lamp on our Traverse stopped working on one side and went to diagnose and was hoping to find the wiring diagram for that system. I didn't find it in this book (ended up being a random blown fuse for whatever reason - not the first time on this car - 8 years and two fuses have done this - once each and never again. No repair source is absolutely complete, that's why you have to rely on multiple sources. This is just one of them.

Good manual
I like this brand of manual. Short of a factory manual I think they are the best out there.

decent book for DIY repairs
I have access to online shop manuals but sometimes these books are more useful - for example the online stuff gives no information about transmissions even though transmissions can be removed, rebuilt, filter and fluid change, and reinstalled so you need various torque specifications for example. This book has some limited information about transmissions but is missing some of the vital torque specifications for changing the filter for example (you have to split the transmission in half and put back together)

DIY Auto Repair Manual
Books like this are full of good information on how to repair all or almost all parts of your vehicle if you opt to do extensive repairs on your own. At the least it can give you insight on what an auto repair facility has told you needs to be done.
