Parrish Magic Line 9 x 12 x 2 Inch Oblong Cake Pan

I have used Magic Line baking pans for over 25 years. No other pans have this quality. I am a retired pastry chef and I sold most of my equipment when I retired a few years ago, including these sizes in error. Nothing bakes the same as these pans. The ones I kept are over 25 years old and have never warped or shown any damage. In my opinion, these pans will probably outlive me! I highly recommend this brand.

This is a high-quality pan. The right angles will make your cakes look much better, and their corners will not dry out from baking as do those baked in rounded corner pans. The pan shouldn't warp or discolor when used and washed properly. It'll last you a lifetime.

these pans have straight sides, important if you wish to split and stack layers for cakes. Heavy quality gives uniform baking. Line with parchment for perfect release. I have others and am never disappointed with the results. Yes, you might have to spend a little time cleaning out the corners. I use a sippy cup brush for this.

I have been using Parrish/Magic Line for years. I love this pan it's the best. It may not have beautiful slick lines, you see where the corners are welded but that's what makes it a workhorse not a trophy! I recommend this to everyone. Commercial bakers use these pans, what more do you need to know.

I'd probably give this pan a 5, if not for the condition it arrived in. The pan is exactly what I've been looking for--nice square corners, substantial weight (but not too heavy). Unfortunately, it arrived with lots of scratches on all four corners and on the underside of the pan. It wasn't well protected (just one little strip of packing material in the middle). Maybe damaged in transit? Or does it just scratch easily? I'll have to rethink this one.

I learned about these pans from my baker. I have purchased two of them already and love the quality of them. They are easy to clean, if your looking for a pan this is it.

This is the type of baking pan that can be handed down for generations. The lip on the side of the pan makes it easy to remove from the oven. I always handwash my baking ware, just like my Mother taught me. I highly recommend.

I expect this pan to last longer than me! I baked a coconut cake in it and it turend out great. Love the straight sides, give a much nicer finished cake.
