Blade is not identical to pic but close enough. It's still wicked and overall measurement is as stated. Blade is 19 cm (7.5 inches approx.) from tip to hilt. It's surprisingly light weight. Sheath is lightweight with velcro to secure the handle.Blade has a somewhat sharp edge, but not sharp enough to shave the hair from your arm, which means not sharp enough, so you will need to sharpen before use.Sheath has a big loop on top, so it can be worn on a belt or strapped to a leg.The knife's handle is comfy to hold, slightly ergonomic and has a non slip grip. The bright lime green on the handle might make it a little easier to find in dim light, but a bright hunter orange would have been a nice touch for outdoor use, if it were to be dropped in a grassy area or thicket, it would stand out easily.

Misrepresentation is misrepresentation... The picture shows a blade with a distinct curve that is very useful in survival craft...I own a knife identical to the picture and hence ordered this as a gift... So the straight edge was a let down...also...the quality of the handle and it's fit on the tang is substandard especially near the retaining nut/glass breaker at the end.....the blade is thick enough....but that's not the point....the shape of the cutting edge reduces the benefits of such a blade.....
