These are more like dining napkins, not kitchen towels. They will not dry your dishes. They are not soft or absorbent at all. They look nice but that's it. I returned them.

These towels are a good size, they're a nice tight weave and absorbency is fine. I've bought towels like this that seem to just push the water droplets around on my dishes, even after multiple washings and years of use but these are great right from the beginning. I did wash them before first use, and I ironed them this first time. Seems like ironing this kind of woven towel the first time or two "trains" the fabric, and after that they're soft and they lie flat and no longer need ironing to get out the wrinkles. BUT the big thing, and the reason I'm actually moved to write a review, is I'm so impressed with the quality of the hemming. There were NO loose threads anywhere, and the corners are mitered perfectly. Such nice attention to detail! I bet they'll last a very long time.

Beautiful colors, excellent quality! I bought the towels to create a gift for my landlords family, it's part of a larger set with a table runner, placemats, cloth napkins, HotPads, oven mitts, and dish towels. The towels are so large I was able to cut them in half and actually get two towels out of one. I made a cute little ruffle to go at the bottom and voila! Beautiful new dish towels for a lovely family! I just wish they had them in teal :-)

Excellent multi-purpose cotton kitchen towels are a great buy. We use them daily drying dishes, wiping the counters, as a counter protector under hot pads and to wipe off our new stainless steel appliances. Even the finger-print resistant appliances need a quick swipe and these cotton towels are perfect. They remind us of linens used by our parents and grandparents with updated, crisp colors and patterns. We wash them often and have only had them a short time, so cannot address durability yet.

Just washed and line-dried these towels. No shrinkage or excessive wrinkling. I love absolutely love them. I wish they came in something other than just the checkered pattern, though, because the quality of the fabric is excellent. Am just about to order two more sets to give as gifts. Best bang for your buck:-)

I'm using these towels to personalize with heat transfer vinyl and they are perfect for that, they look super cute when finished!

Poor absorption

In what world can these possibly be considered kitchen towels? This material is not at all absorbent. Despite being twice the size of my existing kitchen towels, they soak up maybe half the water. Trying to wipe your counter down with these will just leave the counter wet. All these reviews that claim “ultra absorbent” are either fake, or received a different product than I did.

Good substantial cotton

Not great as actual tea towels as they don't absorb waster very well.Great to decorate your kitchen though.They look lovely

I received these very quickly indeed and they are great quality. I’ve bought a second set in a different colour and they are nearly here already. Excellent.

These look great in my newly-painted kitchen and do their job well.
