Great idea! Need double set for some birthdays
Awesome replacement for candles. After certain age just isn’t feasible to put so many candles on cake and the wax numerals can only be used once so that’s a waste. A quick idea. Take a bottle cap like aspirin bottle cap and trace out circle on aluminum foil, then cut out that circle and after turning on the light wrap the foil on the bottom before putting on cake. Easier than cleaning frosting off the base.

These are great if you only each number with no need for two of the same
I didn't think about this until I needed to use the same number twice...i.e. if someone is 11, 22, 33, 44, etc. you need at least two sets of these. It worked for me because I didn't need to use the same number twice. It worked well and hope they last a while.

Fire Hazard Free
We needed something to represent candles without the real flame. these are perfect and what a pretty glow they cast. Affordable, reusable and elegant in the right setting. Of course we need another set for double numbers. I can see these used for table numbers in weddings too! We got them for a birthday cake at a venue.

Plenty of power
Since not all the lights will be used all at once, there are lots of batteries to go around that should last decades. Maybe need a base so when it's placed on the cakes, the bottom of the LED candles can stay clean.

Flashy and Bright!
Perfect addition to my daughter’s galaxy birthday cake. Note, they are not candles and do not have a place to insert candles, they are just led numbers.

Awesome addition to our cakes!
These worked perfectly for my daughter and father in laws combined party. She was turning 18 and he was turning 76!! That's a lot candles to light- but we didn't have to thanks to these numbers. They added just enough lights and sparkle to make the cakes look beautiful. The best part is that they are so easy to clean to ready for re-use next year.

As expected
Pretty much arrived as expected. Tested each of them and they all light up. Have not yet used them on a cake or such. As other reviews have noted the bottoms have the on/off switch and I will likely need to make some sort of cover if I am to put on a cake.
