Compatible with 1999.5-2003 Ford 7.3 Powerstroke Diesel Turbo Pedestal + Bolts & Exhaust Housing

2000 F350 7.3 PowerStroke needed to replace the leaking up pipes so I decided to replace the turbo impeller at the same. Read about the ebpv freezing up when least expected so I bought the ebpv delete kit from Blackhorse good quality cast iron and aluminum castings . Didn’t like the hardware so I used the old 12 point hardware. Works great will buy again

Use loctite on plug provided, if not installing alternate pressure sensor line. Use old sensor on electrical plug, and tape it, or order plug termination custom fitting... With dtraight piping, this mod will make your truck run much better. I get better mileage, just because I do not have to use as much accelerator pedal ...

F the EBPVLeaks a tiny bit of oil but also could be my new crossover tube. Love it tho, spools like a normal v8 turbo now no bs.(De burring was sh1t and the surfaces could be more even probably, looks thrown after machining.)

everything worked as expected

Everything fit like it was supposed to and I got rid of a couple problem areas.

Bought this to do a delete on my 2002 7.3 and kind of wish I hadn't. At a glance the kit looks great and well manufactured. The plate that bolts on the side of the turbo had mounting holes that weren't aligned forcing me to auger out 4 of the seven mounting holes.As most have suggested I didn't bother with the o-rings that came with it. Once they arrived I was glad I bought the OEM ones.The pedestal again seems well made at a glance but the mounting holes are off. Not sure if it's the holes that mount the pedestal down or the holes that the turbo bolts to. The misalignment of these holes caused a complete nightmare to get the up pipes connected and the turbo bolted down.If I didn't somehow manage to get this thing on my truck it would be going back and just plug the holes of the OEM parts.
