Works well
The adapter cable does the job. There's some static and I have to adjust the jack but that could be the phone I'm plugging the jack into.

I recommend this adapter!
My son received a headset for Christmas for the xbox one and he has the 360. The headset wouldn't work without an adapter. When we received the adapter my son immediately tried it and it worked! Perfect fit. Durable cord and ends. And it came with a spare just in case.

Doesn't work with Xbox 360 >:(
I ordered this because I wanted to use headphones with my Xbox 360. When I tried it out it didn't work, the audio would not come through the headphones. I tried it on different controllers, nothing. I tried it with different headphones, nothing. If you want to use headphones on Xbox 360, look elsewhere this isn't the solution.

The product is NOT what is advertised. The reason people are having issues is because this is marketed as a 4-conductor cable. As you can see from the attached image, there are only 3 wires present. Buyer beware.
