Easy to use, and already getting good results
On first sight, this looks HUGE, but it's actually very easy to use as it’s really light. It comes in a nice-looking box, along with a travel case - containing the charging lead / instructions / various heads for different uses.Make sure to start using on the lowest setting, before trying anything else, as full power is powerful! If - like me - you hardly ever floss, your gums will be a little tender / possibly bleed a little on first use. However, this isn’t the fault of the flosser - but that your gums haven’t been looked after as well as they could. After the first use, this hasn’t been an issue for me.This is simple to use - just click the relevant head you want to use into the top of the unit, and fill the reservoir with cold water under a tap. Put in in your mouth, either where your teeth meet your gums or between your teeth (depending on which attachment you’re using) and make sure you are over a sink as there will be a fair amount of water looking for somewhere to go. 😊I wasn’t sure how well this would work, but I can see non-food stuff (plaque?) in the sink coming out with the water from my mouth, and my gums / teeth feel better after a few uses.So much easier than having to do it with dental floss (which was the reason I never did), and I’m now using this every few days.

Pressure
This is my 2nd water flosser and I hope it lasts longer than the similar priced brand that seized up shortly after 12 months of use (thus out of guarantee). 1st was purchased on a whim, however, water flossing is now an integral part of my dental regime, using it before I brush my teeth, adding a small amount of mouthwash topped up with warm water to the generous 300ml reservoir. The range of tools include: tongue scraper, brush tipped extension for use with braces or bridgework, 2 colour differentiated extensions & a rubber tipped inter-dental extension. Purchase points are the 300ml reservoir, good quality build & USB rechargeability with charge indicator.

Great flosser
I bought this after continuous expensive trips to the dentist started taking its toll. Mainly to maintain plaque between teeth. Seems to be doing a good job. I use roughly once every 4 days. Really surprised at the quality of the build, each attachment is made from a plastic that really feels like glass. And as u can see from the pic u fill the water up from the back without taking the whole compartment off.My cousin has one which is nearly double the price of this one and honestly there isn't any difffernece.

Not a great design
Powerful so uses water much faster than I expected and needs filling during use . Switch is press for on/ press again for off. Would have been much better with a spring return switch which stops when you release . Not hard to get the drowning experience with this arrangement .Smaller jets would have been better . and the charging lead does not fit the typical bathroom (shaver) socket.I dont like it . Will probably look for something manual. I would send this back but I dont think I could having used it .Destined to languish in the cupboard

Cheap and nasty
I think many of the reviews for this must be fake. This really is a pile of trash. After a week of using it, the gears appear to slip and the motor spins with water pressure reducing to nothing. When the charge is low, the stupid thing actually switches itself on randomly (it did it in the middle of the night), showering my bathroom with the small amount of water I left in the reservoir. The on/off switch fails to respond each time this happens. This is fit only for the trash.

Very good water flosser
It this for my wife after the dentist suggested it would be better than flossing. Have to say I’m quite impressed. Works very well.
