Feels very thin. Not sure if doing a job yet. It stays put pretty good even on a bare foot. It makes me be aware of the problem area when on, i guess it is doing it's job. After being wet, it stil stayed in -tacked until I peeled and repositioned. The ends started to curl and got messy after that. Not recommend to use multiple times, one time use only in my opinion. Like the bright colors, it makes them noticeable to public so the others are aware of your problem areas and due caution around you. Safety first.

This tape does irritate skin- I am an RN in a Dermatology clinic and would say in my professional opinion, it is a reaction to the adhesive in the tape that causes the skin irritation, but other than the open, blistered skin, it wasn't too bad, so if manufacturer can get a different chemical adhesive, it might be alright...

I was personally underwhelmed with the tape on first impression, although I would highly recommend the seller. Unlike KT tape, or even the really cheap stuff I've ordered from China before, my first lot of the tape frayed like crazy on the length. No problems with the edges lifting, but as the tape was being used for therapeutic treatment of De Quervain's tenosynovitis and I work in a professional office environment, the fact that strings were hanging off it by noon was a huge negative. Upon trying a different lot of the product, I must revise my findings as it did not fray as much as the first, although there are those that fray less. I shared the tape with my PT, not wanting it to go to waste, and his impression was much different than mine. He actually preferred it for hidden taping as the threads in it seemed finer and the tape thinner than the tape he normally used, while performing as well as the thicker tapes for shoulder and knee taping and not lifting at the edges from rubbing against clothes as some did, thus making his patients happier. So, although I'd not necessarily recommend this tape for exposed hand taping, for anything where your clothing is going to rub, this is a winner as it supports and does not lift at the edges from rubbing against clothing.

I have shin pain when I run and taping is the only way to relieve it. This was a great deal as it comes with 3 rolls for a reasonable price. I've been using tape for a couple of years now and this is just as good as KT tape and rock tape.Make sure you trim or shave the hair from area to get a stick. Doing this will make it stay for at least 3 days.

I am currently in school to be a Doctor of Chiropractic, as well as being an avid powerlifter and rugby player. I've used many a roll of kinesio tape for swelling, support, sprains/strains, and injury prevention. My main complaint has always been longevity of the tape. This tape has stayed on through workouts, practices, and days of class all while providing too notch support for lymph and blood flow.TL/DR great tape. Quality durability. Great adhesion. Bonus that it is pre-cut.

They do the job but are not the greatest. Good product for a good price. If you are used to KT tape and really love it, stick with it.

Works Great, tape my knee and it helps keep it's strength.
