One of my favorite diffusers and I especially live the timer feature.

What a wonderful diffuser. Elegant and looks great in my kitchen.

This is a beautiful diffuser. It did come in an oily(?) box, overlooked, the inside was untouched & items unaffected. I only wish it’s water capacity was larger (280ml is small) with above fair output. I am used to a 600ml (also a humidifier) that ran all day & nite. Loved it. It had my apartment smelling great & me feeling good. It finally gave out (purchased it in 2016, after daily use, I guess). This diffuser did not come with instructions even though a thank you card & iPhone charger (which was nice) were included. So I had to wing it. It has Auto, 1H, 3H & 6H intermittent on choices. It is noiseless. I had to figure out how to make my light color constant. This is a decorative piece suitable for a bedroom/bathroom or your first diffuser.Update: This diffuser stopped working a few months in. It is beautiful so it’s a table ornament now.

I've ordered three of these diffusers so far, two were a different style where it was fatter at the bottom and got skinnier at the top. They are from the same company, and I have had no problems with them at all, they are beautiful, hold lots of water, and run for such a long time! This particular one that I bought as a gift is defective, the person I gifted it to said sometimes if the hits the button like 20 times it will turn on but no always. So disappointing!! There is no option for me to return it now or speak to the company for technical support or to possibly just buy a new base so that is why I have only rated it 3 stars. If you get a good one with no problems they are great, if you get a bad one you are out $50!

I fell in love instantly

I got this item September 5th and today is 10/14.I was really pleased with the item looks and the water capacity is exactly what i needed. I don't know what to say other than the truth which is that i may hsve used it twice a week. I cleaned it twice the last time i cleaned it with a qtip with alcohol after soaking it for about 15 minutes with warn water and a little Dawn.i let it sit for an hour before use and the cool mist poured out like a fog machine. This time i tried using it and the outer glass was stuck so trying to get thr glass off the water with the oil spilled and got on the plastic parts where the motor housing is and all the plastic pieces fell apart as i used my tweezers ti try putting back together. First the housing screws came out the the power button then the assembly for the buttons for the lights and power button. They didnt just come loose they all brokeAll thats left is the pretty outer glass . not happy

I bought this 7/2019 put it my bedroom and used occasionally. In December I moved it to the living room, its very pretty, so it was being used daily and the light died. It can still be used as diffuser but if you are going to use often it won't last a month.

Bought it for my bedroom after I purchased another diffuser for my home and loved it. The plus goes on the underside which makes it a little unstable but it will not fall over. Lights up nice however I am concerned that after use some of the paint may chip off. Overall happy with purchase.Update- they also sent a free gift and it was packaged nicely!
