Plugged it in and put SIM card in. No light. It says on the directions you also need a mini memory card. ???? I didn’t have one, so not sure if that’s why I didn’t get a charging light. I have had these SIM card Gps before so I know how they work. This doesn’t work and I saw no way to contact the seller. With my other one, you put a SIM card in dial the SIM card number, rings and you hang up and then you get a text with coordinates. Never got that far.

I wasted almost double the the money and was still unable to use it. I bought another sim card and new memory card in hopes that it will work, however it failed to work. tried reading the shotty instructions multiple times and still unable to get it working. and Now I am unable to ask for refund since the time for refund expired.

this item is complete garbage, first of all windows doesn't recognize it as a device, the chip to run it doesnt come with it and does not fit when or if you can find it , and the magnet to hold it to anything is so week a light breeze would dislodge it

This product does not work properly it goes straight to vm when you call the sim it don’t text back & I know exactly how to set it up .

it is not a true gps tracking device. it is LBS and gprs tracking... Fake item...

it doesn't came with a sim card and it doesn't have a no information on were to purchased one I won't buy it and I don't recomend

Didn't work.***Update*** I just found the APN settings on Speedtalk, this is required to set up yuh our gps unit. These is very little in the way of communication with this product or with the SIM card that I purchased with it.
