The media could not be loaded.  These do close shut you just have to put the 9 vlt battery in first. Put the bit of the extra wire in the hole. Line up the openings and twist shut. Turn each site opposite directions. We purchased a pack of 4 of these 2 years ago and now one of them is just going off for no reason. There is a 10 year warranty and need assistance with how to proceed. It was nice to get a pack of 4. Do I request a replacement? Do I need to return all 4?
