I will take this if my stomach is upset. I find it very helpful and it easily settles back my stomach and makes me feel better pretty fast.

I think it was pricey and I picked one of the cheaper ones. I think all supplements are over priced for not being regulated

Great Prebiotic!
This is my 2nd time purchasing and I'll buy more when my current supply is gone. They do whatever it is they're suppose to do. If you take a probiotic, it's a wise decision to also take a prebiotic. This brand is excellent.
