Great boxing accessory!
This is a clever, well designed and executed product. The setup and takedown is simple. The bag is solid and has taken some hits in the weeks since I've bought it. And the app is awesome! There are free videos on youtube but the app is worth every penny. QuietPunch's app features routines, tutorials, and content that is valuable to beginner and experienced hitters alike. I've had some great workouts with this bag and I am sure that it will provide me with years of service.Worth every cent.

Life saver for a new dad!!!!
This bag is great!! I am an avid recreational boxer and was boxing about 5 times a week at a gym. My first son was just born and I wanted to find a way to continue to box regularly without having to leave the apartment for an extended period of time. Enter Quiet Punch.I was concerned it wouldn't be effective nor actually quiet, but I have been very, very happy with it. I can get a pretty great workout in, especially if I focus on speed and reaction drills. Most important for me, it's for reals QUIET. As in "my baby and wife will be napping and I can sneak a workout in while they sleep" quiet.A few areas to consider - you can't really work power or uppercuts on it. It's not a heavy bag so you can't really use it like one. As for uppercuts, the lower bar gets in the way so you need to be pretty careful. Knowing that, I still think it's great if you adjust your routine for speed. In conclusion, will this fully replace what I get from a heavy bag and a gym ? No. But it's a great solution to be able to box at home. I'll use this daily to keep myself crisp but still look forward to sneaking away to the gym when I can. As a new dad stuck in the house a lot more, it's a life saver.PS - great customer service too. A piece broke and they replaced it ASAP

I use mine often
I like the Quiet punch for several reasons. I adjust the height of it to accommodate everyone in my family including my 6 year old nephew. It really is pretty quiet and it's pretty simple to put up.I gave it a 4 because everyone I use it I have to spend a lot of time making sure the bars are tight enough. I have had it come off a few times while teaching my nephew. It's just inconvenant. Other then that one issue I love it.

For those who train hard!
I really love this door punching bag.I train in Krav Maga, and this bag can take it all. I throw elbows, uppercuts, hooks, hammer punches, and straight punches at it. I go as hard as I can at it and it stays wonderfully. I can take this with me on trips because it’s easy to transport. Super easy to set up, take down, and store. I’ve tried several door, or over the door, bags and none of them have been as great as this one!

If you’re experienced or just really strong, do not waste your money.
This is a great product for anyone with minimal punching power. I’ve broken this thing after not even a couple months using it. Those bungee cords are not as secure as one would hope. Maybe this is why the fine print said “Adults, women, and children.”

Really fun
I was looking for something my wife could use and couldn't find a punching bag that we could just keep out of the way. This thing came pretty compact and when we pout it up in the doorway of our spare room it stayed very firm. I never had any intention of using it but after watching my wife beat it up I wanted to try. The punching bag ended up being a lot of fun and it never fell regardless of how much we abused it. Great design for the door even though when I first put it up I thought that thing was going to fall down if I breathed on it. Just be careful. I forgot it was there and went walking into the room not paying attention in the dark. It hurt. Take it down when you aren't using it...

Save your money
12/21/18 UPDATE: I hooked up a double end bag to the bracket system and can now throw whatever I want at it. Even this rinky dink setup is better because now I can throw more than jabs and straights. Save your money and make your own. Buy clothing support rods for the doorway and attach a double end bag. You'll spend 1/4 of the price and get more function. I'd argue that this version is even quieter too.Original Review: I like it but it's far too expensive for what it is. It's a decent product but it's very limited in use. It is not quiet. If anything, I would say it's louder than a real heavy bag, less than a speed bag in sound, but I wouldn't say it's "quiet." A couple of weeks with this, I would say the bag can only handle jabs and straights and not from anything other than straight on (no angles). Any time I tried to throw a hook, it has wrecked the device. It either crumbles down (and yes, it's secured as tight as possible) or after the session, the bungee cords are noticably more frayed from it. Oh and the little green plastic pieces always fly off, but that's just cosmetic. It's a decent product, but it is definitely a cardio boxing type of bag and not meant to replace something you can throw real power at. I'm torn on the purchase of this. I like the convenience of small space use, but with it is very limited use. I would love this if the square pad was actually a ball, like a double end bag, that way it'd be better equipped to handle all punches. A circle can handle more abuse than a square. Kind of puzzled by that design decision. I hope a ball type of attachment for this comes out to replace the square and salvages this purchase for me.

It sucks
I followed the instructions and it keeps falling of the frame of the door. When you puch the bag it bounces too much. There is not really much you can do with a 12 x 12 square. Very unsatisfied. It is frustrating to use this thing.
