Rubank Intermediate Method - Cornet or Trumpet (Rubank Educational Library No. 56)

Can't find anything better to rehearsewith, no matter your age.

I usually like to purchase locally whenever I can, but for some reason none of the music stores in my area had this book! So glad I could find it on Amazon! My daughter is in the 7th grade and just now getting serious about playing trumpet. She's been playing for about a year and decided she wants to make HS band when she gets to 9th grade. This book was recommended as a great way to help her master the basics and take her playing to the next level.

Terrific learning book for young trumpeters - Mine was so torn up that I wanted to replace it and was delighted to find that I could. I am now 77 years old to give this context. I played trumpet in marching bands throughout grade school and marched all over Washington D.C with the Metropolitan Police Boys Club Band under Colonel Leon Brusiloff - USMCR. I met him later as an adult - at a USMCR event and arranged for my sons to play in that band also. This is a very thorough book with lessons separated into sections. Easy to follow, daughter likes it

Once you have conquered the basics, this is a great logical step for continuing to be a better player but it is still a good idea to get the help of a trained professional to help guide you through your continued education to assure your best progression through the learning process.

Well, this method is good, it have a lot of practices to intermediate trumpet players.

Purchased for my son who has been playing the trumpet for 5 months now. Highly recommended by his trumpet teacher. This book has not changed since I used it 35 years ago. BTW, my son loves the book.

Great book for a developing student. I use this book to teach my trumpet students, and it is a really useful tool for kids in the level between beginners cooks, and the Arbans book. It covers lots of topics, and the examples are fun to play. I would suggest it 100%!
