Customer service is below average. Hope you don’t need them.
First grill had a defective cart. Blaze sent replacement panel it was also damaged. Nobody calls you back. What do expect for $3,000 a good product?

Blaze LTE grill is excellent, but the cart is just average
I purchased this grill locally, as it is quite heavy, and I was able to get it delivered already assembled. I bought it sight unseen, due to all the positive reviews I found. The grill head is sold separately from the grill cart. The grill itself is excellent. Very heavy duty construction, using quality materials. I also purchased the optional infrared burner, and replaced my first burner with it. This burner is excellent for searing thick steaks, and puts out a ton of heat. Grill grates, burners, flame tamers, etc are all super heavy duty. The grill should last for many years. Now for the not-so-great.....the cart. The design of the cart almost seems like an afterthought. It is made of the same 304 stainless, but that's where the goodness ends. The shelves are of thinner material, and just ok. The castors on the grill are mediocre, and way too small. I store my grill in the garage, and roll it outside to grill. The weight of the grill, combined with the small diameter castors, make for a difficult time moving the grill on any surface other than a smooth garage floor. There is no grab handle or place on the cart to assist in moving it, so I have to grab the shelf. The shelf is only attached with 4 screws, and I'm afraid I am going to rip it right off the cart. The doors are very hard to open, and use magnetic catches. There are sharp corners everywhere on the cart, and it's very easy to cut yourself reaching in to turn the gas on/off. There are no shelves inside the cart. It is just dead space. Blaze really needs to put a little more effort into designing and manufacturing a cart that is worthy of the grill. This one is not.Overall, I think this grill is best served as a built-in, and not on a cart. It is a fine grill in itself.

The cart stinks.
I wish other reviews I have read warned me about the cart. The grill is very heavy. The cart is stainless but due to the weight of this grill it is very top heavy. Add to that the castors are tiny an they are inset from the corners. You have to get down on your hands and knees to lock or unlock the castors. The combination of a heavy grill, and a less than stable cart and you have a very heavy item that can tip over. Mine has blown over twice in heavy winds, one time damaging my slate patio. Blaze does not offer an alternative wheel set. If you need a cart, look for another grill.
