The steamer works well and it does a good job getting the wrinkles out. The only problem I have with the steamer is the water tank is very hard to remove. I have arthritis in my hands so I don't have a lot of strength and I couldn't remove it. My husband who has strong hands had a hard time getting the tank to release. It is the squeezing of the tank to remove it that is the problem. If you had a better way of tank removal I would have rated it five stars. I will have to send it back and replace it with a model that fills easily. Disappointed!

I find it very practical, but I find too heavy for me. I was using it on a blouse this morning and my right shoulder was hurting. No in love with the weight.

This DID come in handy sometimes. I would prefer something more powerful - which is hard to find - because it took longer than I'd like - basically I could have ironed instead. It came with a lot of attachments, looks nice and gets heated up quickly. Just not the same as a dry cleaner:P

This product is a life saver ! When your not much into ironing or just running short on time - this product is your go to in a pinch or just in general . It’s easy to use and very simple to put together. I highly reccomend for anyone on the run or just in general for a quick touch up this is for you !

I own one stationary. I had it for years and it does a good job. but it's bulky, takes a lot of space in the closet, a lot of effort to get it out, unfold, setup and put back. This one attracted me for its size and simplicity. it does not require a lot of preparation before use, does not take space in the closet and for 3-4 pieces of clothes is better than a stationary machine.So for a couple of laundry baskets, I'll still use my stationary one. But for a quick refreshing on 2-3 shirts, I'm using this one. It saves me a lot of time and effort)

I had to go over the same area a few times to get rid of some of the wrinkles in my window curtains. The steam didn’t appear to be hot enough. I will say that I kept the curtains hanging. I’m not sure if this would work any better had I removed the curtains and placed them on a flat surface. Of course if I have to do that for this steamer to be100% effective, I may as well use a iron.

Love this steamer so much I started pulling things out of my closet to steam. The best feature is the trigger on the handle that only emits steams when you want it. Other steamers I’ve used in the past emits steam continuously which goes through the water reservoir faster. The wrinkles literally melt away. It’s a great steamer for a reasonable price plus it’s lightweight for travel or if you have physical limitations with your hands. Fast heating. Highly recommend.

Loved this product, it got hot right away, took out wrinkles effortlessly and swiftly. Its a little larger than I expected but still handled well. Would recommend this steamer to anyone who does't like to iron this is so much quicker. Arrived as scheduled, package intake, would order this again.
