DWS Worm Hooks Wide Gap Offset 50 Pack

A stellar price for a 50 pack of 4/0 wide worm hooks, but as they say, you get what you pay for. There isn't anything terribly wrong, but you can definitely tell these hooks failed QC if they were a big name brand, or are just less well made. Although chemically sharpened, some aren't as sharp. Many of them have rough finishes around the eye, but that may turn out favorably as the rough surface may grip your plastic baits better.Would I buy these again? Absolutely.Are there better quality hooks out there? Definitely.But at the end of the day, if the $0.17 hooks up with a fish just as well as the $1.00 hook, I'll be a repeat customer for years to come.

Hooks are okay. Was looking for a hook with a longer hook eye shank to use it for tying streamers. Not sure where the quality control went with these hooks but i guess you get what you pay for. Had one out of all hooks with a barb on the side rather than where it should be. Most are not straight and slightly bent so it may effect how you attatch the lure on. 3 hooks were tossed since I thought were not usable due to not being straight. Lure action may also be effected under water also. Haven't used it yet but I will give an update when I do so.
