Product must have some circuitry problem. Took it out and put batteries in no problem. I wanted to understand how the buttons worked and tested the vibration and suction. It worked really really well and strong like it vacuums in on itself and the release button works... Then it died in 10 seconds.. Opened and the batteries were lava hot. This unit either needs to be retrofitted to be a rechargeable plug in unit or not use tiny triple A batteries.

It works as intended. No pain, either intentional or unintentional. Worth the price.

What did I like? Well, being a male sex product, it was nice to not rub myself raw, it wasn't (for me) realistic as with an actual partner. The few times I did make use of it, it was adequate enough.What did I not like about it? That after the few times I did make use of it, a hole appeared that went all the way through the device. There I was, doing what I was doing when wouldn't you know it; the darn thing lost suction and instead of being able to finish like I wanted, I had to find out why it lost suction. Turns out that there was a hole at the corner where the upper and lower "lips" met. Design flaw? Am I wider than I thought I was? I don't know.All I know is that I have a defective item that I am not entirely certain can be returned/exchanged.This is the reason why I give it 3 stars.
