Fantastic Durable-Outdoor/Work Vest...
I love this vest. It is made to last and is perfect for someone who wants a great durable vest to wear for all around greater outdoor wear. It also makes a great work vest especially if one lives on a ranch or farm where one needs more rugged wear to standup to "Real" work.Not only durable, but provides good warmth, yet not overly hot. It will also show up well as a rugged fashion statment, if you're into that kind of show. I personally am more interested in it's function and especially durability.The only draw back I see as a potential issue is the lack of a stronger material in the pockets interior. I don't think it will stand up to putting many heavier objects like pliers or screw drivers or other work tools into and out of.I personally would have designed the pockets not only with a much stronger liner, but with zippers to close them off.But the pockets as designed are great to stuff your hands into to warm them up though.Another Great product from OUTBACK.

Tight fit unless you are in good shape
This is a great outdoor vest, perfect for yard & shop work in cooler weather. It's only drawback (cost it one star) is that it *is* a snug fit if you are a little over-weight. This would be a great vest if it was looser fitting around the belly and had some take-up straps for those of us who still have a 20-year old's belly.

A daily item of my attire. . .
Like so many others who have purchased this vest, this is now a daily part of my attire. It is so warm and comfortable that in cold weather I wear it all day long. At home I'm often going in and out letting the dogs out, bringing in firewood, getting the mail, running to the store for an errand, etc. and this is just great. I love the deep pockets. . .the zippers seem to be heavy duty enough to last. I love everything about this vest. I'll miss it when the weather warms, and I no longer need to wear it.So glad I purchased this.

Well Made, Good Fit, Comfortable
As soon as I put on this vest I could tell that it would be one of my favorite vests for cool weather. Immediately comfortable, the cut and fit were just right for a medium size. Zippers all work smoothly. The internal flannel lining is of a good quality and looks like it will hold up for a long time. Even though this vest is sturdy enough for working around the rancho I find that I am also wearing it around home in the evening. I like this vest so much that I am ordering another one in a different color!

really great vest at a good price
I love the "oilskin" type outerwear, but they tend to be pricier than other products. I purchased this vest with its great ratings, and they were correct. This is a great quality vest, comfortable, and at a fantastic value.

Runs a little small
Nice vest for the price point. Color shown on model listed as sage but it was bronze. Since purchase the model has been removed. Sage still a good looking color so it was not returned.

Not a high quality feeling vest. It’s ok but I got what I paid for I guess.

True to size
I am 5'11" about 185 and the size large fits perfect. The field tan is a nice not quite duck color.
