I only took photos of one of the ankle straps but you actually get two for a each foot. I have yet to try them in the gym as I got these 10 mins ago but by first impressions these seem really secure and sturdy. These fit my air max 270s just about, I am a U.K size 6 but it is worth mentioning this particular trainer does have a high sole as it has a air bubble as part of its design at its base. I wanted to see how it would fit with these trainers as I train a lot in them and have different colours so as it fits these I’m good with all my other trainers. I reckon these are going to really help with my kickbacks and abductions with reliving the pressure off my ankle but I will update on the outcome after my leg day. The straps come with a handy carry bag with I will be using and a cute pink rubber resistance band. The band itself it’s pretty decent, I’d say it has much more resistance I thought it would have I never normally use rubber ones as I prefer material hip circles but this resistance band is great! The delivery was super quick! I’m impressed so far!!

Very comfy and does the job! Prefer to use these and have my own foot straps rather than the ones at the gym as these seem a lot better and very sturdy. Also prefer these to the ankle straps/cuff type ones as I feel like this type target the glutes and hamstrings a lot better, rather than using a lot of quad power.

Fantastic ankle straps. They are easy to put on, give you a good range of movement for front/back/side leg exercises on the cable machine. Anyone who trains legs on cables should get a pair, the ones laying around in the gym have usually been used and abused enough and come off easily ! Brilliant product.

I have tested those straps a few times in the gym and I must say I'm really happy with this purchase. The material is very reliable! Ankle cuffs tend to move on the leg and sometimes it's hard to feel the burn in glutes, but not with this product! There are 3 rings for training different groups of muscles - quadriceps and gluteal. You also get an additional resistance band and the product comes nicely packed. For such a price - I'm very pleased with this purchase!

Good straps for cable workouts, would be better if the side loop was closer to the centre as the puts more strain on my ankle
