Great sound
I was surprised at the quality of the sound and relative ease of use. The functions work very well, and its portability and charge time is a significant plus. The only setback is the microphone does NOT have an on/off switch, and if you leave the batteries on, they will drain every time. You must manually take them out or put one backward for them not to waste. Otherwise, I would have rated it five stars.

Great customer service
The customer service for this product is awesome! I reached out to Amazon with an issue with my charger. The company saw my comment and touched based with me personally. They ensured I was sent a new charger free of charge along with a new unit. They checked in with me a few times via email. While the unit has labeling in two languages, it is very easy to use. It’s been a great item for our special events. The mic is loud enough for a crowd of 150+ in a courtyard space. I am pleased with my purchase

made in China
Could not get the unit to work. Instruction manual confusing, unclear. Contacted customer support in China. Got different instructions. They didn't work either. 7 emails to try to clarify. Unit could not achieve what they said I needed. Very long frustrating process. Ultimately, no go. Returned item. Will buy American or at least somebody with support people in USA.

Functionality
This product worked straight away, no issue to set it up. Seems to be easy to operate, at least with the short time we have practiced to use it. All is fine

Purchased this to use for my mother-in-law’s 90th birthday party. It was super easy to use. Sound quality good
