Abracadabra... watch your scratches not disappear
Upon initial use it did actually appear that the scratches disappeared. However the next day I went back to my car and noticed the same scratches there and it didn't seem like any product had been used on them at all. They were just as they were prior to purchasing and using this product. It is a waste of time and money and I wish to have my money back.

simple and easy scratch remover towel.
I got this scratch remover towel few days ago. Don't have a chance to try it when it arrived. Finally I got the chance today. The package is cover by korean, but it does have simple instructions with photos that tell you what to do. When I opened the package it comes with two groves and a small plastic bag with close zip on top, looks like everytime you're done using it you can close it and prevent towel from getting dry. As I mentioned, the towel is wet with special material the remove the scratch. Simple steps, clean the surface with scratch on, dry it then put the towel on, add some force to it but be gentle. When you don't see any scratch on that surface, use and clean dry towel to clean it. You will see the differences. These steps only take you like two minutes. Next time if find out scratchs, why don't you fix it yourself? Highly recommend!

Dulls your finish
Made most of my scratches worse because it caused dull spots on the paint where the scratch was. No mention in the directions to be cautious of this. Wish I had paid attention to the fact that it had such a high % of 1-star ratings.

Do not get! UPDATE (PLEASE READ)
Didn't help removing the scratch at all. It left an ashy spot on the paint of my car.Followed all directions, it is not good.UPDATE: customer service was great. They helped a lot.

Scratch repair
This scratch remover is the helpful and useful gadget. My new vehicle got few scratch line by parallel parking because I wasn’t concerned the length of the front. I tried to use microfiber towel to clean it up, but it doesn’t work. I bought this remover and use it. It works well and clean up the visible scratch, and it can wipe the topcoat to be the shine and smooth surface.BTW. If you lose the car paint, it can’t help. It is not the scratch. There is no paint on the car. I am the good example. I got visible line and lose some paint.1. The visible line is the paint from the other vehicle. When the car touch the other, vehicle paint will stay on the car surface. It is visible line looks like the drawing line... The visible line is unacceptable thing for me. The scratch remover can easy to clean it.2. The paint scratch is tiny line on the topcoat. If my car has too many paint scratch, it will become the blurry surface. It is not shine any more. Vehicle paint gets damage from tiny stone when I driving. After I use this scratch remover, I realize it can wipe the paint scratch, is not just the visible scratch.My Lexus paint become shine and smooth again. I wan worry about the scratch. I thought I have waste lot of money to repair. Now, I can do it myself. Shine and clean is my expectation. I feel lucky to found this gadget.

Car scratches gone!
I went to the ATM and got a little too close. Scraped the area above my wheel. I was sick. I found this product and ordered it. This was so easy to use. After, one try, all the scratches are gone! I hope I don’t have to use it again. But, if I do, I’ll run for this.

Decolored my car paint
It removed the color of my car, horrible. What can I do now ?. My car is black, in the area where I tried it was as if I had a white fog on the black paint.

Not for really deep scratches
This towel works great on scratches and scuffs that are not deep enough you can see the layers of paint and the metal underneath. This has removed scratches left by keys near the door handle and trunk. It also removed scuffs from when someone brushes up against a pole. Also removes paint from when someone hit my car with their door.
