- [ ] As a parent of twin two year olds we have tried various swimming aids to keep our kids free to play but safe when in water. Most of the arm bands and swim rings restrict their ability to play and don’t really help with teaching them how to swim. We were so impressed with this vest I felt compelled to review. The vest is both snug and safe, the Velcro fittings provide more than adequate security and the material was soft to the touch with no skin rubbing etc. Furthermore they bobbed up and down loving the feeling of being able to float, play with ease and started the early stages of learning to swim. This is definitely the one for both toddlers and kids....an excellent product!!

I bought this for my son who has autism and is struggling learning to swim, as soon as he put it on he loved it. It's freed up his arms and legs and he's so happy to swim in it. Excellent all round

Ideal size for an 18-month-old. The crotch strap makes a huge difference and stops it from falling off easily. I would have no hesitation in recommending this brand. Quality!

I purchased one of these for my eldest son and his confidence soared the very first time he ever wore it! I tried it on his little brother today (who normally hates swimming and hangs on to me or his father the whole time) and it was a great success, we now have a little boy who is treading water by himself, reaching out, kicking off and blowing bubbles happily! All in half an hour! These vests are, as they say, not life vests and they do not provide full floatation - which is ideal - I have found that with too much buoyancy my children become complacent and reliant on aids, like armbands or the noodle, hanging on to it for dear life and never focusing on the actual enjoyment of swimming. However, these vests offer just enough buoyancy for them to make only a small effort to swim in order to stay above water and as you remove the floats, it takes a little more, and a little more. They get used to maintaining themselves in the water without becoming dependent on floatation devices. They really are a marvel! They are comfortable, fit well and don't rub. I have told everyone about them and I will continue to! Thanks Limmy's and Amazon for stocking them!!

This is one quality product- very well made- and believe me I am very picky. Especially where the safety of our Grandchildren are concerned.This vest actually allows our youngest Grandson to float unaided well above the water- this allows him to concentrate on his leg moments and gives him so much more confidence in the water. However, he is constantly supervised closely and the dangers of water are always stressed before each swimming session. We are always right next to him, but what a joy to see him enjoying himself, by kicking like made he is able to catch his big Sister! Fun and safety combined. Well worth every penny. Will be buying our other Granddaughter one next!

Bought this for my 6 year old son for holiday swimming fitted him perfect very good quality and floatability. Also fitted my daughter who is 11 But she is very slim and was able to use it to if your child has bigger body frame them it may not fit. Always but the bigger size and don't go by age as you might end up with something that doesn't fit.

This product seems to be illegal. To display a CE mark it should have had a type approval examination by a notified body. The notified body name and address should be on the product and/or packaging. It is not. It comes with no instructions. This is particularly important when removing buoyancy by taking floats out. This product is for children. The CE mandatory warning is hidden from view. There are numerous other elements of the design and construction that mean this product would not pass a CE examination.Separately the zip is narrow, unbranded and cheap with a metal pull. The neoprene is thin and there is no mention of the other fabrics used on the labelling.This swim jacket appears to present as an expensive and fully tested product but on examination it is cheap and seemingly would not pass a type approval examination and should not be CE marked which would make it illegal for sale in the UK and EU.

Hi. We have used it a couple of weeks now. First impressions it looked and felt good. My daughter was keen to try it on. It fits around the body well due to the segments which are often in float swimsuits but not in float jackets which tend to be very flat and hard for children to move in. The strap was brilliant. It kept it in place and stopped it from ending up under her chin. Great buoyancy. She was able to move from standing to on her front well and propel herself forward with confidence. Overall. Great product. Best swim vest we have used.
