My daughter loves it, works great, only had an issue with one of the loops for the zippers but was able to fix it with a small amount of hot glue.

Zipper is tough
Overall it’s a nice bag . The only problem I have is the zipper. It’s hard to zip for my kids. Not only that the elastic band on the zipper came off after a week. Other than that issue the bag holds a lot.
