I typically do not write reviews, but I believe it is necessary to share my thoughts on this product. I use it four times a day to convert all my medications into powder before feeding them through a NJ tube. This product is certainly worth the extra cost. Recently discharged from the hospital after a prolonged stay, I observed nurses using less efficient hand twist models. This pill crusher has proven to be a significant time-saver. It can be adjusted to produce a fine powder, which is crucial for my needs.In addition, I suffer from ME, and repetitive tasks often cause discomfort in my fingers. However, this device is user-friendly and allows for easy handling. The ergonomic handle design allows for comfortable use, and I appreciate the flexibility it offers. Without hesitation, I would purchase this product again. A less expensive alternative would not suffice for my medication needs through a feeding tube. This pill crusher is an excellent investment, providing great value for the price.

Crushes all my tablets in one go, is brilliant and very easy to use. Strong and easy to hold in use not too big for my small hands. I've had 2 now and when this one finally wears out I will buy another one. Not too expensive. Does exactly what it says it does.

This crushes pills no problem, and is relatively easy to clean. The one and only problem I had was it can leave a lot of crushed pill powder on the grinding wheels, and if you are dealing with very small pills, I would say it's likely you will lose a lot of the pill stuck to the grinder, so I'd only suggest using this if it's not 100% crucial that you get every bit of the pill. Yeh you can dismantle it and brush some off the mechanism, but then that just becomes impractical. So it's a good grinder, but just wasn't going to work for my application, so I just ended up going the traditional way and bought a stainless steel morta and pestel, and that works perfectly.

I purchased purely to crush pills to be passed down an ng feeding tube. Yes it is a nice design easy to use. However I discovered that if the pill is large or tiny the pill mill is useless. Tiny pills get thrown around inside the mill and large pills remain untouched . Large ills have too be broken up to be put in the mill .On the whole the claims made about it and the price I’m very disappointed and would not recommend

The grinder works well, and is robust. However, the base section has a very narrow groove around the base, which traps a quantity of ground pills. I recommend that users grind over another receptacle. Poor design.

Good quality very easy to use

This does the job well and I would recommend it.Needs a 1 time adjustment of the wing nut to pull the ceramic crushing blades close but not touching. This will determine how fine the result will be.then drop in a pill and whizz the handle round several times. when there is no longer any resistance it is done.It is so easy to turn the handle it should be ok for people with hand or strength problems.Certainly easier than the plastic threaded presses that are common.For film coated tablets some film may stop on top of the crushing wheels and needs shaking outwhere you put the tablets inI shake it out after also to check the whole tablet has been crushed and none remains - if it does put in back in the crusher for more turnsthe result is a very fine powder almost like flour (dependent on how close you adjusted it) so this is great for peg feeding as it will suspend in water really wellA few more minor points....the handle is designed to be only used when crushing so you need a place to hang it so it doesn't get lostThe chamber for collecting the pill powder is huge. It has a window up the side to see in. you would have to crush many many pills before the powder even reaches the bottom of the window.

Really good itemI resented on saying so much but after seeing how easy it was to get saw dust level tablets I’m happy to pay the priceThank you
