Emerson CQC7BW Flipper SF with Plain Satin Blade

I've had this knife now about 2 months. I was whittling a small 2"by 2" piece of wood and the tip chipped off?It was a small piece of the tip but pretty annoying considering the SV35N steel and the price?Other than that it's a Good knife.***I own the Super Seven and have had it now a little over a year. That's a great knife.

This is one of my husbands favorite knives. There was an issue with steel grade, but the seller was awesome and promptly worked with us to correct the issue.

This knife is extremely durable. The fit and finish 10 out of 10, But .....it is NOT SHARP! I have tried to sharpen this thing 6 ways to Sunday and I have owned cheap Gerber’s that are sharper than this. That is disappointing for the cost

If you like Emersons and are looking for a flipper this is the knife for you.Great tanto blade shape.These knives are prone to lock-stick out of the box but they will work great if you add a dab of high grade grease to the lock’s contact point.
